The JK35-590 wide-crown tacker is specifically designed and engineered for stapling corrugated boxes, trays, or lids to wood pallets or frames. Ideally suited to export or air-freight applications which require structural reinforcement of corrugated boxes, trays, or lids. Well-balanced, quiet and fast. It is an extremely durable stapler for heavy-duty use.
The JK590 staples are specially engineered for the corrugated-to-wood applications and are proprietary to the JK590 air staplers. The flat, wide-crown staples and tool design enable maximum stapled compression of the corrugated material to the wood structures without breaking or tearing the corrugated surface skin thereby maintaining maximum form strength of the packaging.
