Fasco F1B S50-16 pneumatic staple gun.  Uses 3/8" crown 20 gauge staples, 1/2" - 5/8" (Paslode 1000 S-50 type staples).

It is new version of Fasco F1A S50-16 staple gun.
 
Applications include automotive & marine upholstery, bedding, dust covers, etc.
