Request Stapler Schematcs
All SALCO Staplers carry a 90-day warranty from the date of invoice against defects in materials or workmanship. In addition, some Salco tools carry extended Salco warranties against defects in material or workmanship (see individual item page for applicable warranty).
Ship the tool to us; and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. Service Department Authorization (SDA) required. Shipments without SDA number on the shipping label will not be accepted. Call us Toll Free 877-463-2531 to request the SDA.
We provide warranty service for Salco, Rapid and JK tools. Certain staplers are exclusively serviced by OEM designated service centers. In those cases we can facilitate sending your tool to them and returning it to you after repair. Please call us toll free to issue your SDA (Service Department Authorization) number and get shipping instructions.

Salco guarantees that every stapler bought from us or an authorized Salco dealer will be provided with warranty and after-warranty service and stapler repair. In the event the cost of service or stapler repair is not economic, Salco offers a tool replacement program. Please call as prices vary per tool.
When you contact us for staple gun repair, we’ll issue your SDA (Service Department Authorization) number and provide shipping instructions. Shipments without an SDA number on the shipping label will not be accepted.

We provide repair estimates free of charge for tools bought from us. Warranty service is free of charge. Our regular service department labor rate is $45 per hour. However, technical assistance is free—and in many cases, we can solve the difficulty on the phone or by e-mail.
