4. 14 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 14 days, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return it to us for a no-hassle exchange or refund.
5. All SALCO Staplers carry a 90-day warranty from the date of invoice against defects in materials or workmanship. Simply return the machine to us, and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. In addition, some Salco tools carry extended Salco warranties against defects in material or workmanship. Please see individual items for applicable warranty.
6. We provide repair estimates free of charge for tools bought from us. Our regular Service Department labor rate is $45.00 per hour. However, our technical assistance is free of charge. In many cases, we can solve the difficulty on the phone.
7. Outside the applicable warranty periods, if the cost of service or repair to a tool originally purchased from us is not economic, Salco offers a tool replacement program. Please call as prices varies per tool.
SALCO, Inc. has access to many other staples and staplers beyond those listed on this website. Should you require a staple that you cannot find listed, we can special order just about any staple or fastener that has ever been manufactured.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. If you prefer, you may also mail in your order with payment in the form of a check or money order.
Open accounts are available to customers who purchase from us on a regular basis.

All SALCO products are sold with an unconditional a 14 day Customer Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 14 days of the invoice date, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, contact our customer service department to obtain an RGA (return goods authorization). Returns without an RGA on the shipping label will not be accepted.
Please mark the Authorization number you are given clearly on the exterior of the shipping carton and return it to us, freight prepaid: Salco, Inc. 5930 Fisher Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 USA.
All returns must be undamaged and in their original packaging and with all enclosures (including manuals). Please note that returns which do not comply with our return policies (damaged individual packaging or missing enclosure) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, you are responsible for the shipping back to us
Regrettably Salco can not accept returns on open packages of staples, Special Order items, and Parts.

We do not collect sales tax for the orders shipped to the most states. Only New York Sales Tax will be added to orders with a NY State shipping address.
For first time buyers, the tax will be added after the order is placed online. For Salco customers, the tax will apply automatically during checkout online.

- We have a $50 minimum order requirement. Six month blanket orders are available to help you achieve the best possible pricing. Similarly, staple orders of mixed types and sizes will receive total quantity pricing. Note, however, that orders of fine wire and wide crown staples can not be combined for quantity pricing. Our customer service staff would be happy to help you build your orders in the most cost effective manner possible.
- Shipments are made F.O.B. East Syracuse, NY 13057. Truck shipments are prepaid on house carriers. The freight costs will be added to your invoice on the goods shipped.
- Staple orders must be full carton quantity.
- All backorders will be shipped when product becomes available unless cancelled in writing.
