Salco is an Authorized factory warranty and service center for:

Salco guarantees that every stapler bought from us or an authorized Salco dealer will be provided with warranty and after-warranty service and repair. Please note that we cannot assure parts availability for tools not purchased from Salco.

Salco is an Authorized Isaberg-Rapid factory warranty and service center.

Salco, Josef Kihlberg (JK), Stago, MBM, Salut, MAX, and Lock brand staplers should be sent to Salco Inc. for repair. Please contact us to issue your SDA (Service Department Authorization) number and get shipping instructions. Please mark the SDA number you are given clearly on the exterior of the shipping carton and return it to us, freight prepaid.

Shipments without SDA number on the shipping label will not be accepted .

We provide repair estimates Free of charge for tools bought from us. Warranty Service is free of charge. Our regular Service Department labor rate is $45.00 per hour.  However, technical assistance is free of charge; and in many cases we can solve the difficulty on the phone.

In the event the cost of service or stapler repair is not economic, Salco offers a tool replacement program. Please call as prices varies per tool.
