HOW TO BUY SALCO PRODUCTS
• Salco products may be purchased from authorized
Salco dealers or directly from us. Orders may be placed by secure online
purchase, or toll-free phone and fax. Orders
placed before 3 PM EST are normally shipped the same day they are received.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express,
and Discover credit cards. If you prefer, you may also mail in your
order with payment in the form of a check or money order. We offer special
discount pricing for frequent buyers. Call or E-mail for information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
• We have a $20.00 minimum order
requirement. We provide free UPS Ground shipping
on most pneumatic & electric tools and boxes of staples if staples are bought with the tool.
For packages over 300 lbs. truck shipments are available. Salco provides its exceptional, up to 70%
truck freight discounts to its customers. For other shipping requirements, call our Customer Service Department
at 1-877-463-2531 (toll free), 8 a.m. to 7p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
• All Truck Shipments are made F.O.B.
East Syracuse, NY 13057. Truck shipments are prepaid on house carriers.
The freight costs will be added to your invoice on the goods shipped.
• New York Sales Tax will be added to orders with a
NY State shipping address.
• Our policy is to continually improve the products
we sell. Therefore, we reserve the right to change design, packaging,
specifications, prices, etc., without notice and without incurring obligation.

WARRANTIES
• All SALCO products are sold with an unconditional
a 14 day Customer Complete Satisfaction Guarantee.
If, within 14 days, for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with any of our products, simply return it to us for a no-hassle exchange
or refund. Contact our customer service department to obtain an RGA
(return goods authorization).
Please be aware that all returns must be undamaged and with their original
packaging and enclosures (including manuals) . In addition, you will
need to include a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase. Regrettably,
Salco can not accept returns on any open packages of staples. Please
note that returns which do not comply with our return policies (damaged tools or missing enclosure) may be
subject to a restocking fee.
•
In the event you wish to return an item to us, simply contact one of
our Customer Service Representatives to obtain a Return Goods Authorization.
Please mark the Authorization number you are given clearly on the exterior
of the shipping carton and return it to us, freight prepaid.
• All SALCO Staplers carry a 90-day
warranty from the date of invoice against defects in materials
or workmanship. Simply return the machine to us, prepaid; and we will
repair or replace it, at our discretion.
• In addition, some Salco tools carry extended
Salco warranties against defects in material or workmanship.

• Regrettably, Special Orders are not returnable.

SERVICE & STAPLER REPAIR
• Due to repair volume Salco reserves the right to decline to service tools that have not been purchased from us. Our regular Service Department labor rate is $39.00 per hour. However, technical assistance is free of charge; and in many cases we can solve the difficulty on the phone.
• In the event the cost of service or stapler repair is not economic, Salco will offer to replace the tool with a new one at our applicable maximum-discount "end-column" price.

STAPLER PARTS
• We stock parts for all our staplers.
• One-time parts orders are subject to a $50 minimum order requirement. The $50 order requirement is waived for Salco
tool customers. Call for more information.
• Stapler parts orders are handled separately from
orders for machines and staples. Please call customer service TOLL
FREE 1-877-463-2531 or (315) 437-7055 , 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST,
Monday through Friday for all your stapler parts needs. Our Customer
Service Representatives will be pleased to assist you. We are NOT
ABLE to accept return of parts, so please endeavor to
order the correct parts you require.

SAFE SHIPPING
• It's critical to us that our products reach you safely.
For that reason, we give as much concern to packaging as to what's inside.
Our shipping department takes great pride in its work and believes,
"...you could drop the box from an airplane and the item would
be safe".
• It is equally critical to us that the packaging materials
we use be environmentally friendly. Our foam packing
"peanuts" are made from clean, non-toxic, recycled plastic materials.
No ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbons
(CFC's) are used in the manufacturing process of our products. We also use
several different kinds of paper
packing - most of which is recycled and recyclable. In addition, we reuse
our vendor's shipping cartons which
accounts for why some of the boxes you receive from us appear a bit "rough
around the edges". We encourage
you to reuse them as well!
