Picture-framing applications fall into two general categories: easel-back ready-made, and flat-back.
Easel-back frames require the back easel panel to be secured within the perimeter chop, or frame, either permanently, or with the ability to remove in order to facilitate changing of the framed item. For this application we have dedicated framer’s guns, manual and pneumatic, using either brad nails or framer’s soft and/or hard points.
Flat-back framing is normally required when doing custom framing of photos or artwork, and when building framed mirrors. Also stretching canvas for original art. For this application we have several manual, electric, and pneumatic gun tackers, and manual hammer tackers. They are available to use a variety of different staple types to suit most any frame material.
We offer our picture framing staple guns for picture frame backing application . The SALCO F-18 frame brad nailer
