Salco TW Tri-Wall Carton Stapler

The Salco TW-32 and TW-38 carton staplers are specialized, heavy-duty staplers engineered for demanding tri-wall and over-spec. double-wall corrugated box stapling applications. They may be used for either closing the tops, or, with a box-support, closing the bottoms of very thick and heavy corrugated materials from 5/8" [15mm] to 1" [26mm] in thickness. Three lengths of staples are available, 1-1/8" [28mm], 1-1/4" [32mm], 1-3/8" [35mm] for TW-32 stapler, and 1-1/2 " [38mm] for TW-38. The staplers' clincher anvils are adjustable to achieve the ideal penetration and staple clinch for each application.

TW stapler features:

Adjustable clinch system
Hardened screws used at all major stress points
For cartons with 5/8"-1" (15-26 mm) total thickness
