SPECIAL ORDER PROCEDURES

SALCO, Inc. has access to many other staples and staplers beyond those listed in this catalog. Should you require a staple that you cannot find listed, we can order just about any staple or fastener that has ever been manufactured. Please contact our  customer service stapling specialists for availability, pricing, and lead time on these items.

If the staples are not manufactured anymore, or you need custom staples, you can also place a Special Order to manufacture staples. However, Special Order Products are handled outside of our normal Terms and Conditions of Sale. Therefore, please note the following requirements for Special Order Products:

1.   Special Order Products require a minimum of 1 million Staples.
2.   Special Order Products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of invoice.
3.   Any Special Order Products found to be defective will be replaced at no charge. This determination can only be made by SALCO, Inc., and associated.
4.   Special Order Products are not returnable for credit under any circumstances. No Exceptions.
5.   All prices, packaging, and delivery times are per individual quotation only.
6 .  Salco,Inc. must receive a signed, confirming, non-cancelable purchase order in addition to a 50% advance deposit before manufacture of the item(s) can begin.
